6" I.D., 6 3/8" O.D., overall height 1 1/8".  Manufactured to fit inside a 6 1/8" I.D. hole, with mounting flange on the inside of the window.  Inside lip extends 7/8" from back side of mounting flange, and External lip extends 3/16" from front side of mounting flange. Fasteners with 12 -- 1/8” dia. fasteners. Sold ea.
